Gating system refers to the flow path of plastic melt from the nozzle to the mold cavity in the mold. Its function is to smoothly fill the plastic solution into the various depths of the cavity, and in the filling and solidification process, the injection pressure will be transmitted to all parts of the cavity, in order to obtain a clear shape of the internal quality of good plastic parts. The main parts of the gating system are four parts: the main stream, the runner, the gate and the cold hole.
