Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a manufacturer. We have an ISO 9001 certified factory in Dongguan, China, with excellent in-house quality control.

Q: Can you make custom boxes?

A: Yes, we are and well-recognized OEM/ODM manufacturer. We can produce boxes following customers’ designs as well as create our own innovative designs.

Q: Can you make bulk production following my sample?

A: Surely we do. You can take advantage of our in-house design and mold construction skills.

Q: If we have our own artwork, what format do you prefer to?

A: Please send your artworks in .pdf, .ai, or .cdr formats.

Q: What information will you need if we wanna get a quote?

A: Please kindly inform us:
    - Size (Length x Width x Height)
    - Material ( we can suggest )
    - Printing details
    - Quantity
    - Drawing or image of the products.
    - Delivery address, if you would like us to organize the shipping.

Q: How can I get a sample and save cost?

A:  - For existing items, samples will be free of charge but the delivery cost should be on your account.
      - For customized samples, please talk to your sales rep. to determine the cost.

Q: What's the lead time for samples and mass production respectively?

A:  (1) Existing samples available in stock will be ready for shipping within 1~2 working days.
      (2) Custom printed samples takes about 3~7 days.

      (3) New items involving molds set-up: 35~45 days.

      (4) Mass production: 15 days or so, depending on your order quantity.

Q: Do you offer a quantity discount?

A:  Generally, we quote the price based on your order quantity. Larger quantities will reduce the overheads cost. So the more you order, the better price you will get.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity requirement?

A:  (1) Our MOQ is 5,000 pcs each item (display items not included). 2 colors of the same model can be counted as one item.

      (2) Surcharge of 30% is applicable to orders below the MOQ, but no less than 2,000 pcs.

      (3) Surcharge of US$ 50 per color is applicable for ordering more than 2 colors within one MOQ.

      (4) Prices for other quantity and colors combination are available on request.
